My Views and reviews - Bahubali

Hi,
I am not a film critic. I am a movie lover. I enjoy every movie. I see them, enjoy them and learn from them. I am 63 yrs. old house wife. I have seen many Hindi movies but thanks to TV I got a chance to see movies from all parts of the world. Some I liked, some I loved, some I did’nt like.
Today’s films are technically much better than the old ones, but I personally  feel that old films were far better than today’s films in terms of entertainment, story, music as well as acting. But it is not that I don’t like today’s films.

I saw some movies which I liked very much. Today I want to share my experience with you.

BAAHUBALI : THE BEGINNING
Last week I saw BAAHUBALI  (hindi) movie. Believe me I thoroughly enjoyed this movie as a viewer. I felt as if I am reading old king stories from Chandamama. It was a beautiful  blend of modern technology and old way of telling a story. It was a visual treat. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It took me to the beautiful imaginary world of historical stories.
I liked the waterfall scenes very much. I liked the sea scene in the beginning of film the most. The  white sari, flowing long hair of Tamannaah in the song reminded me of Apsara paintings.

The battle scenes were really very good. I enjoyed the language spoken by the leader of dacoits. And of course swamiji  brought smile to our face.

Performance wise every actor was very good. But personally I liked Ramya’s performance the most, especially the sea scenes.

And which I liked the most about film, was its fantastic  music. The whole film was shot beautifully. I was so engrossed in the movie that in the end I realised and slightly disappointed that we have to wait for the second part till next year.

I was amazed by the whole unit’s dedication, efforts and hard work. I was so impressed with the movie that I searched internet, read magazines to know more about this film. Here I want to share with you all the  information which  I got.
