Rudhrama Devi

I give marks : 3.5/5

Rudhrama Devi is a 2015 Indian Telugu 3D historical film based on the life of Rudrama Devi, one of the prominent rulers of the Kakatiya dynasty in the Deccan Plateau, and one of the few ruling queens in Indian history. She was a brave ruler with good administrative skills and brought several changes to the kingdom with her revolutionary rule.

The story depicts 850 yrs old the Kakatiya Dynasty who ruled from Orugallu, now known as Warangal in Telegana State, circa 1259- 1289.

Anushka Shetty , Allu Arjun , Rana Daggubati ,Ulka Gupta ,Vikramjeet Virk ,Prakash Raj acted very well. Anushka Shetty and Ulka Gupta both looked very beautiful.

Anushka Shetty has played the title role in "Rudhramadevi" and has done a brilliant performance.  Allu Arjun plays her childhood friend Gona Ganna Reddy and his entry is enough to drive the Mega fans towards theatres.

The first half of the movie is crisp, fast-paced and very entertaining and the director has really done a brilliant job. Huge Sets, Beautiful scenes,  Ilaiayaraja's music, Ajayan Vincent's camera work, VFX work, Tota Tharani's brilliant art direction, Neeta Lulla's costume designs and 3D effects are among the main attractions of the film. The war scenes of "Rudhramadevi" have been choreographed very well. Especially, the eagle and snake attacks, which have been created through the special effects, are amazing.

I liked the movie.

Jazbaa

I give 3.5/5 marks to Jazbaa.

Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan returns to the big screen after five long years with director Sanjay Gupta's  thriller Jazbaa. Jazbaa, is a remake of the 2007 South Korean film 'Seven Days'.

Jazbaa is a good intense, emotional thriller, brilliantly directed by Sanjay Gupta. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Irrfan Khan and Shabana Azmi performed very well. All the actors acted well.

Aishwarya's fresh appearance, Irrfan Khan's punches and superb Climax made the film watchable.

'The Walk'

'The Walk'

My marks to this movie : 4.5/5

Yesterday I saw 'The Walk' movie and I was totally impressed with this movie . This is one of the movies which I'd love to see again and again.

Everything the story, the music, the picturisation, the acting was just superb.

When the movie started, I was enjoying it as an audience but when the real adventure begins I started identifying with the hero, as if it is my life. I have a fear of heights but still I enjoyed the movie.

The perfect use of 3D, the breathtaking scenes of 'the walk' and music and ofcourse superb acting of leading actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt made this movie the most worth seeing movie.
